Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items for exchange must be sent back to us for inspection. Please contact us prior to sending back an item.
Damaged items may not be returned. Damage/defect claims must be communicated within 7 days of package arrival. Please email us at mgmt@kudos.nyc with the subject line "Exchange - Your Name" to begin your exchange process. -
